I am looking for a relatively low recoil, practice load for my .375 H&H using the Hornady 220gr FP bullet. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to start using either Varget, RL17 or either IMR or H 4350?

Check the Speer data for their 235 grain bullet using 4759.

Can I safely use the Speer data for the Speer 235gr and the Hornady 220? The bullets are of different shape and length. I assume the slightly different weights should not make a difference.
