I have been looking for Federal Large Rifle Match Primers without success for quite some time! Any help that you guys can give me with locating some would be much appreciated.

I gave up on finding Fed 215M primers and bought what was available...CCI 250's. Worked up a new load and couldn't be happier! I think sometimes we all get caught up in purchasing a name. I'm not saying they aren't good primers but they aren't worth not shooting. Short answer, work with what you can get...you might be happy.

I shoot a fairly nice Palma rifle. Last year I ran out of 210Ms. Switched to Win LR and never looked back.

I'm a Federal man too, but have no complaints about CCI primers. W-W are good, but soft and the Remington primers are physically smaller, so outside of Federal CCI is it IMHO.

I got a notice from Midway that the F210M primers were available.

But they were gone by the time I tried to place an order (less than 12 hours from the time on the e-mail notice). Frowner

I received a notice of Fed 215M's and within 8 minutes they were all gone.

On a second note, I use Wolf LR primers and if offered Wolf or any other brand for the same price I would have to choose Wolf. Sounds crazy because their ammunition is very inconsistent -- their LR primers are very CONSISTENT.

I've shot over 4k of them from 2 different lots.

Stay awya from the Wolf LR MAG primers though. Very weak ignition.

I hope this isn't true because it is all I have at the moment.
