I just got my new AP press in. While installing the case retention spring, the spring snapped in half. I was on the phone with Hornady maybe 4 minutes and recieved two new springs two days later.... I am very pleased with their service so far.... Just thought some would like to hear this.....

Very happy to hear the report. How do you like the press?

I may need to add another press and am still looking....and customer service is important to me.
