I screwed up a sizing die after sticking a case. I called RCBS Customer Service to try to buy a new one. After about a 10 minute hold I was greeted by a young service rep who after suffering through my story he took my info and sent a replacement die free of charge. Thanks RCBS!

That's just one of the reasons 90% of my dies say RCBS on them. I've been using them since 1960 and have yet to have a problem with their equipment.
I'm presently loading on a RCBS A2 press that's
still nice and tight after all these years, just a little shot of Tri Flow once in a while is all it takes.

RCBS And Leupold!!! Two of the best companies in the nation to do business with. It's too bad more businesses don't follow their example rather than try to screw the consumer.
BTW, not to try & hijack this thread but, Charbroil Grills tried to hit me up for a shipping charge of $100.00 to ship a lousy, $7.99 thermometer for our gas grill. That comes to what? about $300 - $400 a pound? They wouldn't even THINK of putting it in a 1 price mailer & send it via snail mail. These prices aren't typo errors either, guys. Wot a screwin'.
