I use the Lee Collet Neck Size Die for all my calibers and love em. No expander ball which means no lubing the neck and less runout. Cheaper too.

Another vote for the Lee collet neck die. That's what I use for my .30-06 and every thing else too. No lube, less working of the brass, and consistently good concentricity.
