I think Federal does but the only way to get it is to buy the factory stuff and shoot it up which would be costly. They don't offer it to reloaders.

I just sent an email to Federal where I basically begged them to start selling brass for the .338RUM. I also strongly suggested that if they would offer match-grade brass for this caliber, they could dominate Remington and offer a viable alternative to the .338 Lapua.
