Saeed- In another thread, you said you get a lot of Lapua brass from Sinclair. I know about the 150 piece limit for export from the US. Is that a limit of 150 pieces per box? Can you legally get 200 pieces if the shipment is broken up into 2 boxes of 200 pieces? I need to ship 200 pieces to Germany and I don't need an unexpected knock on my door.

LDO, I think this applies to 150 per order. So if you send two boxes of 100 each you should be ok. ------------------ www.accuratereloading.com

Saeed- Thank you. I just sent off 200 pieces to Germany. Curiously, two guys wanted 100 pieces each. It was Remington brass, and postage was almost as much as the brass itself. Of course that could have been cut in half if it had all been in the same box. I wonder what the (stated) reasoning was behind this ridiculous regulation. I can see no benefit whatsoever; only a big pain for businesses that export shooting supplies.

LDO, Beats me to see any reason behind this regulation except some stupid politician who wanted to put his name to a new law! All it has done in practice is take business away from American suppliers. ------------------ www.accuratereloading.com

LDO You could send the brass from a UK source. Lapua is a little cheaper in the UK and the shipping would probably be cheaper, plus no restriction on quantity. Regards Ray
