Has anyone tried IMR 4831 with the new 110 grain Nosler Accubond in the .257 Weatherby?

Thanks

I'm thinking the .257wby os a bit overbore for IMR4831. I would start w/ RL22 & go slower.

You would probably be better off with IMR-7828

I've always had good luck with RL22 in the .257 Weatherby and have been shooting 100 TSX's in mine. IMR 4831 will probably work OK, but velocity will not be nearly as high as with RL22 or 7828. The Weatherby is like a .220 Swift there's not much point to shooting one unless you load it to its highest potential as velocity is the whole point with it. It is a great beanfield whitetail rifle and a better antelope rifle doesn't exist.
