I wrote them a few years back about some loading data, got a hand written response from Bruce Hogdon. Fast and accurate advice. They have sold me a lot of powder since.

Don't you mean that you've bought a lot of powder since? I too have had a good experience with their customer service and have often wondered if it wasn't Bruce that was on the other end of the line a time or two. They have my business for a number of reasons and customer service is one.
