I just purchased a R.C.B.S power case trimmer. I have a problem with the shell holder. The number 3 shell holder works fine for my 30-06 but when I use a 22-250 the case spins. And when I try to use a 308 Win case it does not fit. The number 3 shell holder is meant for the above cases. The manual trimmer uses the same shell holder system. How do I adjust it so it will work with the above cases.

Not sure what the problem is. I use all of those same cases and never had a problem. I'll go take a look at mine again. If I can come up with something, I'll post again.

could you tell me a bit more about how the rcbs power trimmer works and how it may compare to that Dillon trimmer that screws into your press ??
