Hello All,

I just purchased 25 of the "Ballistic Products Inc." 410 light game slugs. They are basically a .380" round ball with an elaborate wad column. I assumed that there would be some sort of load data included. Wrong!!! instead they are suggesting that I but thier "Shotgun Slug Loading" manual which I'm not going to do. So... Does anyone have load data for these things? The weight of the ball and wad coulmn is just over 106gr, which figures out to be just under 1/4 of an ounce.

Thanks for any advise, Joe

12 grains 2400
10 grains Red-Dot would be a good place to start. Depending on your gun, you may need to drop a little. Standard 209 primer. Standard crimp. 2 1/2" shell used.
you did not mention what you were shooting these out of?

Thanks Rapid`

I have a fresh can of Red-Dot with nothing to do. Also it's a CZ(Huglu) "Mallard" O/U, 28" imp-cyl/mod. I thought I'd try these things at about 25-50 yards and see what kind of accuracy I get out of them. Just for something to do.
Thank-You for the info,Joe
