I posted some loads from Hornady on Big Bores some time ago (over a year)....but I'm a poor man with the search function. Maybe you can do better.

I used 83 grains H-414 behind a 400 grain SP with a .416-.375 some time ago....but It's over the load data I got from Hornady......start at 75 grains and work up.....but better yet find the loads I posted on Big Bores. It's direct from Hornady.

How conservative this data is from Hornady I'm not certain.....I have personally loaded 83 Gr of Win 760 for 2400 FPS.....no signs of trouble at all......damn uncomfortable to shoot however....kicks like a Missouri mule!
