Dillon is just as good on customer service. Just give them a call & tell them you need parts for your press.

In the case of the RCBS equipment, all it takes is a phone call and 99% of the time the replacment parts will be in your mailbox within a week. I haven't dealt with Dillon, but there service reputation is supposed to be excelant also.

Went to a yard sale today, guy had a bunch of reloading stuff, RCBS presses, Dillon presses, scales, power trimmer, all missing parts which may or may not have been somewhere else in the mess of boxes everything was stuffed in.
So my question, how hard is it to find parts for say, an RCBS press (says RC on the side, is that a rockchucker?). This guy was in no way going to use any of that stuff, took it as collateral for a loan since defaulted.
Thanks, Mike.
