I ordered some .458 Partitions designed for the .45/70 today. The were on sale. Probably means I paid too much. Anyway, any feedback on the Partitions in a .45/70? Load suggestions? 300 gr Partitions with a max load of rl-7. 3 shots at 100 yards. Group on the right. Marlin guide gun.  BTW the .55" is edge to edge. Subtract .458" from that and you get the group size. | |||

Nice groups. Gives me hope. Finally got everything assembled yesterday. If you scope these lil guns you have to have high rings and a hammer extention. Gimme Back My Bullets!!!!
