Greetings all,

I've already formed a 100 .25/20 WCF to the .218 Bee using one pass through my FL Bee sizing die, then fire forming. They are just a hair shorter than the Bee, but I can live with that.

I just picked up 20 .32/20 WCF brass and wanted to see if this was viable since the brass is so cheap.

Is it too much of a jump to go to the Bee FL or would it be better to try the neck sizing die before full length sizing?

How about reaming the neck die out a bit to .243, 6mm, .25, 6.5mm, or 7mm? And what size do you reamer/s do you suggest?

Where does the extra brass go to? Thicker neck wall, less case capacity...

The length of the Bee case is the problem. Perhaps running the casing into a 7.62x25 die would help at least dropping the caliber from .312
down some.
The neck will have to be thinned.

I doubt you will have to thin the brass since it is so thin to begin with.
However I would expect to use a couple of intermediate dies.

1. The first necking down die might be a 7mm TCU sizer cut off to the right length.

2. The second would be a .25-20 sizer.

The use the Bee sizer.

The necks of the formed cases will need to be annealed for long life.
