Hi, I have now released my new software called Ballistic Hunter.
It's a ballistic program dedicated to the hunter.
Since I'm a Weatherby fan, I have included all Weatherby factory loads in the program.
The programming development started in may, and after weeks of testing I have now decided to let go of version 1.0
In the program you can choose if you want to use US or metric values.
The output of data is either as table or as graph!
Try the program and please feel free to give Me feedback on this and that.
Big thanks to Skipper and Zeke Menuar for beta testing of the program!!!

Updated Info, last link/pics/version below:

Thanks
I will play with this some more, very nice. Is there a function where I can rename the cartridge or save a load?
or enter a bullet not listed like a 9.3?

Yes, you can add info about your rifle and load before printing.
You can save your settings, and the calculated data can be saved as a txt file or printed as a complete table or rifle card.
You can edit all input boxes to your 9.3 load.
Then just save the "Data Input"
Next time you want the load just open the data file...

Nice job. I like the print options especialy well.

Would be nice if it had a default "no caliber" selection so one could input non Wby rounds, but its easy enough to substitute the info as needed.

The reason for that's no option for input of new calibers is that this program runs without a database.
All caliber/loads is stored in the compiled exe file.
The program is now near the limit for Visual Basic.
I simply could not fit in a DB without problems in the compiler.
The exe contains 14500 lines of code!

Hi, it has been a long time since my last posting about this software. But, Ballistic Hunter is still going strong.
Now you can download V2.4 with a pile of new addons.
Bullet DB is included with most calibers and bullet makers.
Added Norwegian and Swedish language, any language can be implemented.
Chrono tools and dumping of data to excel +++

Enjoy!

I tried to register my Ballistic Hunter Software, but I don't have Outlook Express on my computer, so your program couldn't email the info to you. What is the email address that I need to send the info too (username and Machine I.D.)?

Oh, by the way, this looks like great software. You really put a lot of work into it. Thanks!
