Does anyone have any data for these at all,in 22-250 I have all weight bullets up to 80gr,in 243 I have only 62gr Berger and 95 gr Nosler BT`s,9.3 all weights from 250-285gr,I e-mailed Kaltrone-Pettibone 2 weeks ago,and still no answer,if you can help, either post here or e-mail me directly.the 22-250`s are a custom 98 mauser with a Shaw barrel and a brand new 26" heavy for my Encore, the 243 is a SAvage 110,just got it today, and my 9.3 is a 98 with a slightly bigger case capacity than normal, shoulder blown ahead 0.15" and slightly less body taper.thanks for your time.also any loads for the 45-70 (Encore)Still have not fired that one either.

The reason I`m asking on the n-540 is I picked up 6 2# jugs for $10 each at an estate auction three weeks ago and the vv booklet I have (from 96) doesn`t have a whole lot of load data for any calibers with the 500 series powders, and I have looked everywhere within 300 miles for something newer, thanks again

Bibelly,
you'll not find any load with N540 in US manual as in metric manual, but you can use the loads of N140 powder, the burning rate is almost the same.
for 9.3x62 there is more data than in US manual.
Probably you will have more noise and blaste, normally less pressure.
These are the feedbacks of my test with N560 and N160 powder.
I think that it could be the same for N540 and N140 powders.

bye
