Does anyone have load data for the 7mm Dakota? I would like to find data for 120-140 gr bullets. I appreciate any information.

I have a Ruger #1S rechambered to 7mm Dakota, but I wanted to drive heavier bullets faster. My best load to date is 72.5gr RL22 under 160gr NP for 3250fps from it's 26"bbl. I have fired some 145gr Speer GS w/ 74gr & get just under 3400fps. IMR 7828 is also a good performer in the 7mm Dakota w/ about 1gr more for sim. velocity. A good comprimize laod is the Hornady 154gr w/ 73gr RL22 for 3350fps. All of these loads will group under 1" when I am on. For a #1S, I am happy w/ that.
