On the range and had reloads at +2 1/2" at 100 yards, went to 200 yards and drop was less than 1/2". What speed whould this represent at the muzzle. Reload is H4350 and 52 gr shooting 100 gr Nosler Partition.

I thought the drop would be at least a couple of inches.

Thanks for the help.

3000+/- You can play with the velocity and find what is calculated. http://www.eskimo.com/~jbm/ballistics/traj/traj.html

Assuming your scope is 1.5" above the bore then 3000 would give .6" drop. Bullet is still climbing until around 175yds. From Noslers book and Loadtech your load would be in that ball park.

As usual just my $.02

if your barrel is 24 inch
you could easly do 3180 fps with your stated load, 26 inch pipe you''ll break 3200 fps easy.
no-doubt about it ''25-06'' is a flat shooter
my 26 inch cm,shilen rocks.
regards thumb
