52gr. fbhp. Berger, 215 primers, RP cases,35.6 gr. DP74., oal=2.375", 3623 to 3666 FPS. 3 shot .250" group @50yds., FANTASTIC at 200.
50gr. sp Rem., same loading, oal=2.457", 3473 to 3731 fps ???? , great accuracy.
55gr. hpfb, Berger, 36gr. DP 74., 215 primer, RP cases, oal=2.484, 3626 to 3722 fps. 13 shots you could cover with a nickel one shot 3/8" out(shooter cause) at 50yds.

Mr. Bartche, What is DP 74 similar to in more common powders? This ignorant Southerner only hears of you shooting those DP powders and no one else. I've never seen any in a store.
I still have not fired my 200 22/250 yet; too busy culling does with my obsolete 7x57. I even shot one in the head yesterday, along with a nuisance raccoon. Head shots make it easier to pull the jawbone for aging; loosens them up nicely! Oh my! Merg

Merg! Do yourself a favor and get a bunch of DP 85 from Powder Valley. Once that dries up it's going to be high priced spread only. Get some buddies together and get 48 pounds of the stuff. At $69.00/8lb. jug it is a bargin.
