A local VFW hear is looking to have some blanks reloaded. I have never reloaded any and have'nt seen it done. I told them I would look into it. So i come to my wise friends here to ask how hard and what i need to do this.
Thanks Xtrema

Loading blanks is not something for a casual handloader. Plus the fact that I do not think anyone sells blank powder commercially.

Give the VFW guys this link. They may be able to get what they need.

The military will provide substantial quantities to such organizations , and I believe they're free.
The URL escapes me at the moment but you should be able to Google it, or ask another VFW or AL post how they get theirs.
