QuickLOAD lists Norma R123 powder for loading the 5mm Craig (centerfire version of 5mm Rim Fire Magnum)

The performance is 174fps higher than Alliant 2400. (2348fps with 36gr berger as opposed to 2174fps)

Is this a pistol powder?

I have found NR 1231 listed as a pistol powder, is this the same thing?

I believe it is, because it is recommended for use with the .22 Hornet for 20 and 25 grain bullets, along with Power Pistol powder.
