I need the projected velocity for my 375JD rifle
with a 23 1/2" barrel.

Powders IMR 4064 47.0 Gr. & IMR 4895 50.0 grains
Fed 210 primers
OAL 2.800
Sierre 200 grain flat point

I'm guesstamating 2500 hopfully.

IMR 4064 vel 2050 fps
IMR 4895 vel 2214 fps
That is based on the parameters you gave in your post.

Thanks muck I appreciate that. forgot to include my third load. 40.0 gr of RL7. Back to the reloading bench! Need to do some more figuring. Sure would like to reach 2500 fps. Looks like I need a powder a wee bit faster than 4895.
