Would like to know from you experienced reloaders what the best powders for 1) 280 rem with hornady 162g and 2) 270wsm with 130g interbond. Thank you for any input

maybe try some RL22, H4831, H4350...somethin along those lines...all 3 are good powders..

You could probably use nothing but RL22 and H4831 in both of them. Just use whatever shoots best.

For the .280:
RL-25 From 53.5 grains to 57.5 grains
Remington 9-1/2 Primer

For the .270:
RL-19 From 48.4 grains to 60.0 grains
Winchester WLR Primer

If you just want to keep it simple I'd use RL22 in both of them.

RL22 or IMR7828 for the .280/160gr bullets. I get my best accuracy & highest vel. w/ IMR7828 or 7828ssc.
Steve, what kind of vel. are you getting w/ RL25?
