Is there anyone on this forum who reloads for .307 Win?
A friend of mine is buying a Winchester 94 lever rifle in this caliber and wants some tips.
Would it be OK to use .308 Win dies and a 30-30 shellholder?
How much less powder is recommended than for .308 WIn? We only have Norma and Vihtavuori powders here in Sweden, so an approximate percentage number would be appreciated...

I don`t load for the 307 but I would check the powder manufactures web sites for data. Alliant, Hodgdon, ect all should show something with their powders.

I used to load this round for a cousin who had very good luck with it!

I used standard RCBS 308 Win dies to reload and a #2 RCBS shell holder!

The load I put together was 150 grain Hornady RN, 43.0 grains of IMR 4064 and a CCI 250 primer!

He took quite a few deer with this load!
