New member here, been reading the forum lately and learning a lot. I thought I'd say hello and introduce myself. My name is Mark and while I have reloaded before, I'm by no means well versed in it. I have been reading and reading and reading and proceeding carfully...(maybe too carefully, I've spent about six weeks preparing 1200 cases and I'm not done with them yet.) All this reading has led to a ton of questions that I hope more experienced reloaders can give some insight on.

The calibers/guns I want to reload for are:
.223/5.56 ----- M16A1
6.5x55 ------ 1896 Swedish Mauser
8x57 ------ M48 Yugo Mauser
.45acp ----- 1911A1

Well, that's my story. I'm glad to have found this forum and hope to continue learning from it.

Well, now you've done it!

When it comes to gun/shooting/hunting matters, you've opened yourself to an incredibly smart batch of opinions, based on the most first-hand knowledge. Ask, and you will be rewarded. (In my case, it has also been humbling.) Contribute and you will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome.
Interesting that you own an M16A1. Not many in civilian hands, in the US anyway.

Thanks for the welcome everyone!

dpcd:

My A1 isn't full auto. The full auto lower was replaced with a semi auto.

I didn't think you actually had an M16A1. But there are a few out there.
