Probably something along the lines of Varget or 4895? Those 2 would be my first choice.

Any powder of ADI origin, very temprature tolerant. A number of Hodgson powder are from ADI.

Benchmark, H322, Varget and H-4895 are all "extreme" (temp insensitive) powders from Hodgdon, suitable for loads in .223. Check out www.hodgdon.com for load date.

Does any one know exactly witch are wot?
Only one I know for sure is 2208 = Varget.
No use asking ADI, they don't seem to bother
answering Emails even after they offer to.
Apparently their newest booklet is out. I hope
it is more comprehensive than the previous ones.
Last one didn't even bother with a 2206 load for
150gr 30-30. No wonder they have stuffed up with the gov boats contract!

N133 seems pretty good in my experience too.

Also Varget as mentioned.
