| https://www.riflemagazine.com/.../PDF/ri97partial.pdfFound an interesting article in this old Rifle magazine. I have not read the whole article but I am sure you get some useful info. The rimless 6.5X57 is a 48,000 CUP (NOT PSI!!!) load. So the rimmed version should be similar or less. The article says the rimmed version is 41,300 PSI & there are some loads there. If you are shooting it in a Double or a Drilling, regulation will be a bigger concern, as the rifle will be regulated for the approved pressure / velocity. All the best.

| 6.5x53R. But I'm not sure what you're looking for either. |

| I have this book I want to build that action and a rifle from it. (I will have a gunsmith do the threading and chambering) The author warns to keeps the pressure below 55,000psi. The rifle he built is in .225 Winchester, but I want a rimmed 6mm or 6.5mm that can reach out there a little farther. I've looked at all kinds of wildcats, but most of them duplicate the performance of existing European cartridges, and use brass of lesser quality than the European rounds. |

| I've been shooting my K-95 in one for 2-3 years now on whitetail. Love the round. Usually shoot 4-10 deer a year with it. I shoot a 120TTSX at about 2900-2950.
