I reloaded for a friend of mine,New savage model 111. Got him to shoot 3 shots ,that a nickle almost covered at 100 yds. hurray for me. Now he tells me that the 4 pieces of brass won't close in his rifle, they were once fired brass that I resized. Just concern if my lee sizer is bad,Asking how can 4 out of 20 cannot be resized correctly. any suggestions, all brass is winchester.

Are the four rounds that the action will not close on loaded.

If so I wonder if you pushed the shoulder out on them when seating the bullets.

A real tight neck bullet fit can case problems

Or bulged the case some other way. If using a compressed charge I have seen cases buckle a bit.

One really needs so 4 rounds back so you can exam them.

Hopefully you didn't get some 257 bullets mixed in.
