| Don't overlook Accurate Arms 8700. Me and my buddy just got our CDL 7mm RUMs this fall and found that both ours really like this powder with 140gr Nosler Ballistic Tips. Starting at 106 grain of 8700 we work our way up .5 grain increments until mine shot under 1" with 111 grain. My buddy's went up to 114 grains before his shot under 1". we settled on theses loads for our hunting loads. My buddy seated his bullets out to the lands, he shoots his single shot, and mine is seated to fit the magazine. By seating his bullets out further he has more case capacity. I chronographed our hunting loads, mine was 3,574 and my buddy's was 3,717. |

| I know you are not a big fan of Hodgdon, but Retubmo works realy well in the 7mmRUM.
Also RE25 and IMR 7828 and VV 170. |
