Sierra Infinity only list loads up to 75 grain bullets with Blc2 Powder.

BallC is a bit on the fast side for dense loads in the 6mm Rem.

Of all then powders I have used Ball C is my least favorite. It took decades to burn off the 2/3's of a keg I got stuck with. I would not use it in the 6mm Rem. In fact I would just not bother with it unless your stuck like I was.

Sounds like a good excuse to develop a load. Concomitant with that, I see the need to procure a chronograph and set aside a weekend or two for some range time. So what's the problem here?

a 1992 Hogdgon;s manual shows 30.5 gr (2529 fps) to 33.0 gr (2791 fps) of BL-C(2) for 100 gr bullets for the .244 Remington - 6mm Remington from a 26" bbl. Over the years I have found this manual to be a bit on the warms side.

These loads seem to have been dropped from the 2002 on-line manual ... so beware!

Strictly from a velocity standpoint it looks pretty decent with the lighter bullets. By the time you get to 85 gr. or so it's kinda average velocity wise and with the 100 gr. bullet it's one of the slowest.
