From the Hornady Book they show IMR 4895 as giving top velocity with all bullets in the 10" bbl.

When I had my 7mm TCU, 14" I used IMR 3031, just because I had a lot of it around.

If this pic shows up it is the BEST I've ever done with it. I was having a better than average day. I can consistently do a little over an inch at 100yds but I know this gun and load is capable of doing better than I can anyday. This group proves it.
