| I with RSY. Standard primers are fine. I've used them for 45 years of reloading from the desert to the mountains in winter with never a problem in anything from pistol powder to surplus machinegun powders. The only thing Magnum primers do for sure is make the manufacturers an extra dime per box. PS - This includes a couple of kegs of 4831 in the cartridges you mentioned. |

| I only use magnum primers in belted cartridges. I use standard primers in all the rifles you named even if I'm using ball powder. Its always worked for me. |
