Thanks!!!!!!!! That is what I was asking.... I only get one close shoot then the rest are long shots. I think that I will load the first shot with my #7 and the rest will be either #4 or larger.

No need to change. The plating is very thin, and more cosmetic than anything else.

ireload2.....How could you possibly take a charge of plain lead shot, copper plate it, and have it come out weighing less than before it was plated? That makes absolutely no sense to me at all. What am I missing here? Jim

The copper plated shot will probably weigh slightly less than unplated shot. Just weigh 10 shot charges of each type of shot and average them.
