Fired a few case forming loads today with 37.0-grains of WW 748 and Sierra's 70-grain HPBT benchrest bullets in WW brass with WW primers. Bullets were seated to the Sierra manual spec for the 6mm International. Bullets went in under 0.75 MOA. Will do a little more work tomorrow. Hammer

You can see all the data at my site (see signature), but my 6-250 Ackley really likes 39.5 gr H4350 with the SMK 107s, Norma brass, GM215M primer. Also scary accurate, even when fireforming. I ended up using the H4350 over the VVN550 due to better accuracy and lower SD of velocity.

There was an article in Sept PS about Sabreco, Inc 6/22-250 with a Krieger 1/8 twist barrel and he used Varget for bullets 55gr thru 105 starting at 31/35gr for the 105 and 85 gr bullets 34/39gr for the 55/70 gr bullets another powder that was mentioned was imr4064. Was alot of old relaoding data for the 6int/6-250 but most was with 60/70gr bullets and barrel twist were 1/14. I had pretty good luck with 35/imr4064 68 gr match bullet in my 6hls (different 6/250)had a 1/14 twist. I've got a 6/22-250 with a 1/14 twist in the works now hope to have soon. Good luck.

In addition to the loads listed on SST's Rifle Room, I have many other loads, especially for the heavier bullets. Send me an email if you're interested.

With 37.0 grains of WW 748 behind the Sierra 70 grain HPBT, am getting 3425 fps from the 28-inch barrel. Hammer
