28.5 grains H-322, Clean, 3768 to 3789 fps., 6 shot .700" group
27.5 grains IMR 4895, some soot, mild, 3410 to 3530 fps., 10 shot .650" group.
31.5 grains 2230-C, fills case, clean , some what hard bolt lift but no other pressure signs, 3972 to 4067 fps. 7 shot .500" group.
52 grain fb, HP. Berger, OAL= 2.000"
26.5 grains H-322, slightly hard lift but no other pressure signs. 3412 to 3469 fps. 4 shot .700" group. Possibly Near max. for this case.
27.1 grains 2230-C, some soot, 3271 to 3368 fps., 4 shot .250" group
28 grains DP 74, fills 3/4 up shoulder. 3227 to 3280 fps., 7 shot .500" group. This 7.62 nny brass is significantly thicker than NORMA brass. The results using these cases, the rifle , barrel, trigger, et all yielded results totally surprising. It also made me wonder what a good BR competitor with his primo equipment could have achieved with this ammo? roger
