Lapua/VihtaVuori just made the 2008 version of their reloading manual available on-line at:

(You'll need Adobe Reader to peruse the pdf format, but that can be downloaded off the Net for free. If needed, use google to find a download site).

I don't know what the differences are to the previous manual - although I spotted they have added data for calibers like the 6.5x47.
