A friend's 280 Ackley Imp. m700 has shot 3 black bears with this bullet @ 3000 fps+, all bullets exited, at ranges from 200-350 yards.

Did extensive testing this weekend in 2 7mm Rem mags, and must say I was very dissappointed in the reslults.

I tried four powders in each of the guns. Only ONE, even came close to being acceptable, with a couple going in the "buchshot" catagory.

Velocites were quite high, which leads me to beleive they have a very long length to weight ratio giving excessive pressures.

I used a load of known ability for 162 gr Hornandy, and was surprised to get almost 200 fps more velocity with the 154 I Bond.
