Like if there is dents in the neck, or other small dents in other places on the body of the case.

So long as there are no splits in the case, generally, the small dents ect are not an issue. The dents in the neck will come out when you size it, and the rest will come out when you shoot it.

I have had some pretty bad dents if you can get it in the chamber it will straiten out any dents.

When I was a lot younger and had a lot less money. It took some fairly good damage for me to throw brass out.

+4 on the dents however if the brass is dented bad enough to form a kink in the metal in the neck or shoulder area, that usually won't come out all of the way. It still might chamber. You will know after firing.
I chunk that stuff my self.

Just like p dog shooter, I used to run my brass to death. But now I take no chances and discard every suspect case no matter what looks not good.

If it still has a visible flaw in the neck after resizing you'll want to toss it.

If the dent is in the shoulder or the body, no problem.
