Does anyone besides Bertram make brass for the 222 rimmed? The Bertram brass splits often. Rifle chamber is OK.

Have you considered having an extractor installed, in order to use regular .222 cases?

You could obtain once fired 5.6x50R brass from Europe trim and size, alternatively you could rechamber to 5.6x50Rmag which is a fantastic chambering!

Thanks for the replys guys, I may give the 5.6X50R brass a shot. That would be the cheapest way out.
