| I've had very good success with N560 and 200 g. TSX, H4350 and 200 g. Partitions, and RL19 with 220 g. Sierra SP. IMR4007SSC has given good results with 220 g. SWF AF and W760 has worked well with 200 g. SWF AF. One final powder that shows considerable promise is Big Game with 200 g. Partitions. In short, the 325 seems to be not at all fussy about powders. Use a good midrange powder and sensible charges and you should find some excellent shooting. Good luck on your load development. |

| Powders that work well in the .300 WSM tend to work well in the .325. Compare the S.D. of the 185 8mm, to a similar .30 (about 165 grains) and look at the Speer, Nosler, and other books. I have a hunch that one of the 4350's would do well. |

| I worked up these loads before the latest manuals came out and according to them they might be a little too warm. Comparing velocity and case expansion and velocity to factory ammo they were OK. So of course you should start lower and yada yada yada: I use the IMR-4831 load for hunting...................................DJ
....Remember that this is all supposed to be for fun!..................

| I also had my best results with IMR 4350 and 4007ssc driving 200 gr (TSX, AB, & Partitions) around the 2900 mark. Suprisingly, 4831 and Hunter didn't make the cut in my rifle.
I like the Partitions and 4350 out to 250-300 and TSX 4007 combo out past that. |
