wave Here is the latest 22 PPC load data and performanceRifle: Mod. 200 Stevens, std. trigger with a Shaw bull barrel.the cases were made from 7.62x39 nny fire formed. Primers were WLRM.70degrees, slight breeze no real gusting.
  • 52grain Nosler competition hp. bullet.24grains DP2200, oal=2.017". mild, 3192 to 3214fps., 3 shot 1/4" group @50yds., 5 shot 1" group at 200yds.
  • 52grain comp. 28.5grains 2230-C, oal=2.017" Lift a little hard, no other pressure signs. 3475 to 3560 fps., 5 shot 1/2" group at 50 yds.great at 200yds.
  • 52 grain comp. 27.5 grains WCC844 (335)oal=2.017", 3289 to 3327 fps., 4 shot 1/2" group at 50yds.,4 shot 2" group at 300yds.
  • 40 grain hp fb., Berger, 29.1 grains 2230-C, better case form., lift a little hard but no other pressure signs.oal=2.010", 3458 to 3568 fps. cold barrel, 3 shot 1/4" group @ 50yds., 3 shot 1" group at 200 yds.
  • 40 grain hp fb. Berger, 25 grains DP 2200, oal= 2.010" 3378 to 3521fps.???? 3 shot 1/4" group@50yds., 4 shot 1 1/2" at 200yds.
  • 34 grain hp. Mid South, 27 grains acc 2015 could take 1 more grain., oal=1.900", 3535 to 3569 fps.so-so.
  • 34grain HP MS.,26grains DP2200, oal=1.900", 3524 to 3561 fps., mild, not great!! Frowner
  • 34gr HP-MS, 31.2 grains 2230-C, oal= 1.900", About Max capacity , 3885 to 3982 fps. Not great. Mad
    The 34grain bullet just doesn't seem to shot accurately in this rifle. In other rifles it performs nicely!
    flamethe 7.62 reformed cases with the large primers seem to work just fine. shocker roger
