I went to Hodgdon's site looking and since thay have the following listed could one ASSume that for a 130 grain bullet one could max +or- near 36 grains varget and be looking at 2,500 fps? I may start loading my speer 130 flat noses at 34.5 and work up. for a 150 grain''' VARGET 34.5 2349 36,200 CUP and for a 170 grain,, VARGET 33.0 2168 36,500 CUP | ||

Yes sir, I noticed that you ran it up to 37 grains, can you share any information on pressure at that loading? I am loading for a winchester 94 so do not want to strain anything. Gun is a 1980 or so model in great condition, but not as strong as a bolt. | |||
