Reloading Winchester silver tips

I'm getting ready to ask a stupid question. Right now, people who have followed my other questions are going " oh boy here we go again!"
I just returned from the local shop and purchasing a box of Winchester ballistic silver tips in 22-250. I wouldn't have bought these but this was all they had at the time. I have never used these before. When I opened the box, already on the way home, I see that these cases don't look like the usual brass cases I normally re load. So there is my question.
Can a person reload these "silver" silver tip cases? Are they made of some type of shiny silver appearing brass alloy? Or are they made of steel or something entirely different?
I use Hornady equipment, from the press down to the new dimension series 1 dies. Can I reload these cases or will it damage my dies?
Thanks in advance to those who take the time and answer my silly questions with useful and pertainent information. To those who would rather poke fun or ridicule, don't waste my time!

Sure you can reload. They are just nickel plated. There capacity might be different that your brass cases so you might not be able to simply swap the two.

As usual just my $.02

Thanks! I was a bit concerned there for a second and was not about to take a chance on messing up my dies. They cost too much hard earned money, and money don't exactly grow on trees!
Sheesh! I sound like my parents used to when I was a kid!
Seriously, thanks for the help.

I've reloaded these cases x4 so far and they have held up well. You certainly cant mix them up by mistake with brass because they are sooooo shiny.I Like them.jc
