Hey guys,

Looking for starting load(s) for the Hornady 208 AMax for the .300 RUM. Retumbo, IMR 7828, RL 25, H1000 etc. Rifle is Win 70 stainless/syn, 26" factory bbl, tupperware stock that I bedded with Steelbed.

Hornady advised to use loads for the Hornady 220 RN. I did load a few 208 A max with 94.0/Retumbo, Fed 215, Rem case, COL 3.610. Seemed a little hot----slight primer cratering, slightly stiff bolt lift, but nice accuracy with 3 in .384 at 100 yds.

Help me out here!!
