Does anyone use any load for the 450 NE using
H 4895 powder? If so what is it and do you have any thoughts on this powder? I use this powder in several other calibers with very good results.

Hi Clayman216,

I am just in the same place myself, Graeme Wrights book does not show any reference to H4895 and suggested AR2209 for my Sabatti but does also show H4350, H4831sc, AR2213sc, R19 and IMR4831

If you have an Email address I can scan it for you

My Email is: jeffgray_sos@bigpond.com.au

Cheers,

Jeff Gray

Jeff - I have the THIRD edition. On page
219 it refrences H 4895 ( 60 grs ) as a Nitro for black load. It swhows that it is very low pressure. I was wondering if anyone had tried to use this powder for a full load or if it is even possible. I am not an expert on possibilities of certain powders and hesitate to create an unsafe condition.
