I'm kind of looking for a puller that wont damage bullets. This looks good. Any input from users of the Hornady or other brands??

Kraky---I have used the kinetic pullers and don't have much use for them. I also have RCBS collet type and like it. When I got the RCBS back in the 60's it did not have the set screw on the locking nut and as a result when I tightened the collet the whole die would turn. Putting a locking nut with the set screw cured the problem and it works well on jacketed bullets. Cast bullets it doesnt seem to work so well. For cast bullets I run the round up through the press with no die in it,clamp onto the bullet with a pair of Vice Grips and raise the handle on the press and bullet gets pulled. It does ruin the bullet---I just recast them.

i tried all brands and settled on the Hornady cam set up.It's easy to use and does not make the bullets. It is quick and efficient. I use the hammer type for removing the odd bullet.Highly recommend this unit

I have been using the Hornady Cam lock bullet puller for several years. I think it is the best on the market. I use it for 22,7mm,308, and 375. It leaves NO marks on the bullets.

I have both the RCBS and Hornady. Both work great. A note on the Hornady .458 collet: I have broken the lips(?) on it. I think they are a bit thin. The RCBS collet has more meat in that caliber - the design is a little different. Other than that, no problems.

I have:
Hornady cam lock
RCBS
Forster
Kinetic

The first three are all the same to me.
The last one is good for doing a few with no crimps
