Getting ready to reload some of these in my .375 Ruger and just was wondering if anyone out there was using them? They were the only 270 grain bullets in stock when I stopped by Sportsmans Warehouse. They are a good looking bullet but I have very limited experience with Speer bullets, so how do they perform?

I was hoping to pick up some Hornady's when I bought these. I emailed Speer for some data on reloading and got the reply that they had no plans to test the .375 Ruger; if you can believe it! I don't know how popular the cartridge is but it is kind of surprising to hear them say that especially for a factory cartridge.

I've shot both the Speer and Hornady...both shot well but neither showed a terminal exception as I shot them at deer.....if you're going after something like cape buffalo, I'd shoot neither....
