Berger bullets suggest that the there VLD bullets should be touching the rifling for best results. Has anyone loaded these before? With what results? THANKS Jerry

I use them in 300 WSM and .243 Winchester and get good results with both in the lands. ****************** "Policies making areas "gun free" provide a sense of safety to those who engage in magical thinking..." Glenn Harlan Reynolds

Have used their bullets in 6mm, 6.5mm, and .308. The results are very accurate loads which perform well in a variety of calibers. Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now! DRSS, double owner-shooter since 1983, O/U .30-06 Browning Continental set.

you could also try seating them into the lands a little bit, you'll probably have to try many different depths but you'll get it

Bergers are pretty easy to tune IMO. I have only used 17 and 20cal bullets. Accuracy i get is as good if not better that most of the varmit bullets on the market and performance is steller.
