Ted,
Just set the cases in a pan of water with the water level halfway up the body. Take a propane torch and heat the necks of the cases until they are dull red (not bright orange, just red enough to see) then tip the case into the water with a dowel (or pencil).

Dry well and you're good to go.

Check the Br-6 or Varmint Al's sites and get a very good explanation. It do make a difference.

Roll EyesThis will get it but remove the spent primers first allowing the water to enter the inside of the case and reduce floatation. thumbroger
